1.     
To approve that a public consultation is undertaken
relating to a proposed introduction of an Additional Houses in
Multiple Occupation (HMO) Licensing Scheme in Chorley to regulate
smaller HMOs with 3 - 4 occupants.

2.     
To agree to report back to Executive Cabinet with
supporting evidence and consultation responses to decide upon
designation of the final scheme.
