Content

1.     
To appoint Krol Corlett Construction Ltd via RISE to
deliver Chorley Town Hall improvement and decarbonisation works
under a JCT Intermediate contract (Contractors Design 2024) for
£1,707,884 (excl. VAT).

2.     
To appoint Cre8 Chartered Surveyors and Building
Consultancy through the Bloom Framework for contract administration
and principal designer (CDM 2015) services at £102,128 (excl.
VAT).

3.     
To appoint Integrated Environmental Solutions for
fabric modelling pre/post heating assessment and energy
conservation analysis which is a requirement to comply with Salix
funding requirements for £18,500 (excl. VAT).

4.     
To approve an additional £200,000 client
contingency for potential unforeseen issues during
construction.

5.     
To authorise payment to Electricity North West for
electrical supply upgrades; a budget of £127,000 (excl. VAT)
has been allocated.
