Decision

1. To approve the DPA waiver request at this location.
2. To note that the consultation has been undertaken with the Planning Officer and Head of Planning and Enforcement, neither of whom has raised any concerns regarding the proposed waiver.
3. To note that the proposal has been assessed against the Council’s agreed criteria for determining DPA waiver request and on balance, the benefits of granting the waiver outweigh the associated risks.
4. To submit the DPA waiver request to Homes England.
