Reasons for
recommendations
The proposals are recommended as it will allow
employees within the service to move onto the new terms and
conditions which have been agreed with Unison as new, better, terms
and conditions which are aligned across Chorley, South Ribble and
Shared Services.
 
The proposed structure aims to create a fit
for purpose structure which meets the needs of the service.
