Reasons for
recommendation
To enhance the recreation
ground for sporting and recreational purposes as set out in the
Section 106 agreements relating to the site. Public and ward member
consultation determined the final site design. To enhance the
playing pitch, paths, boundary fencing and create more car parking
to upgrade the facility and provide an improved experience for
visitors and residents.

were considered owing to S106 money having been collected
specifically for the purpose of enhancing Jubilee Recreation Ground
for recreational and sporting purposes.
