Reasons for
recommendation
Chorley Bowmen are to be granted a 25-year
Lease for the pavilion at Wigan Lane. Ancillary to the Lease is the
granting of a Licence for the car park and use of the playing
field.
 
Chorley Bowmen have previously held a Licence
on the land and have upheld their obligations to a high standard.
They currently have a Licence to Occupy the pavilion to be demised
under the Lease and the property to be demised under the licence
pending completion of the Lease and new licence.
