is well equipped to supply and maintain the fleet therefore provide
resilience for service delivery.

1.
Not replacing the mechanical sweepers at all will
prevent the council from delivering its street sweeping
service

2.
Extending the lease on the current sweeper fleet for
prolonged duration may lead to increased downtime as the older
vehicles are less reliable.
