Decision
1.        
That the terms reported below be accepted and approved to
facilitate the grant of a lease as set out in the
report. 
2.        
That authority be granted to issue instructions to The Director of
Governance to complete the legal formalities.
3.        
That authority be delegated to the Director (Commercial Services)
to agree any variations to the terms reported.
