Decision

1. To obtain Executive Member approval to appoint a named contractor to construct the new pavilion at Gillett Playing Fields for a tender price set out in the report.
2. To obtain Executive Member approval for an additional budget of £42,085.60 (excl. VAT) to be allocated from the Boroughwide Section 106 Pitch Improvement fund.
