Decision

1. To note the findings of the public consultation, which demonstrate strong overall support for the PSPO, with 84% of respondents in favour.
2. To approve the introduction of the Chorley Town Centre Public Space Protection Order for a period of three years (2026–2029), under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. 6
3. To approve progression to formal adoption via an Executive Member Decision and the subsequent implementation and enforcement of the PSPO. 7
4. To support a coordinated implementation approach, including communication, engagement with stakeholders, and proportionate enforcement in partnership with Lancashire Police.
