Decision

1. To approve the return of the polling station for polling district COP03 to Coppull Primary School, as Coppull Village Hall, which was the named polling station for this polling district, was no longer suitable due to access issues.
2. To approve the relocation of polling for polling district EUX01 from inside The Talbot Inn to a mobile polling station located on its car park, due to changes to the internal layout of the premises being no longer suitable to host a polling station.
3. To approve the use of a temporary mobile polling station on the car park at Gillibrand Hall Nursing Home to serve the Gillibrand area of polling district CHSW04 for the next scheduled election, subject to final operational arrangements being agreed with the premises management.
4. To approve delegated authority to the Returning Officer for any consequential changes required to polling stations at short notice prior to the scheduled 2027 local elections.
