Port Health & Environmental Services Committee

The Committee is responsible for overseeing a wide range of areas including environmental health, trading standards, Animal Health, including the Heathrow Animal Reception Centre, licensing (with the exception of those which are in the province of another committee), public conveniences, street cleansing, refuse collection and the management and operation of the City of London Cemetery and Crematorium. The City of London is also responsible for port health functions on the tidal Thames, including the ports of:
