The Committee helps develop, monitor and review the Council's performance management framework. It focuses on policy objectives and performance targets, especially at a strategic level. It also looks at trends in performance and compares them with best practices. The Committee's remit includes, devolution, equality and diversity, effective use of resources and value for money, Council Owned Entities Business Plans, communications and resident engagement, customer satisfaction, information technology and digital services, risk management and the Chief Executive’s Stewardship of Resources.
