Purpose

To approve an update to the
Council's Local Development Scheme, which takes consideration of
recent changes to national planning policies. The Local Development
Scheme provides the timetable for when the Local Plan will be
delivered.

Content

In accordance with Part D8 of
the Constitution, the Chief Executive has resolved to adopt the
Local Development Scheme, as outlined in Annex A of the Cotswold
District Local Development Scheme (March 2025).
