Purpose

To consider the
business case for each public toilet site, owned and or managed by
the Council.  Consideration will be
given to location, usage, cost and charging.

Content

The Assistant Director for Residents Services
in consultation with the Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for
Finance resolved to:

1)   
Agree phase one to install card readers at sites specified.

2)   
Undertake a review after three months at which time any remaining
capital may be used to install additional cash and card reader
mechanisms.
