being proposed and seconded the proposal was put to the
vote.
 
RESOLVED that CABINET:

Noted the outturn financial position set out in this
report.

Noted the Non-treasury Prudential Indicators in
Annex B.

Approved the transfer to and from reserves as set
out in paragraph 2.15 to 2.18 and 6.1 to 6.6 and Annex
C.

Approved the carry forward of unspent capital budget
included in paragraph 6.5 of £0.565m into the 2025/26 Capital
Programme.

Noted the change in provisions as set out in
paragraph 2.14.
