Councillor Juliet Layton, Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Housing and Planning, welcomed the public to the meeting and introduced the responsible officers. 

It was noted that the purpose of the meeting was to agreethe Cotswold District Councilresponse, as shown at AnnexA of the report,  tothe Reg.14 SiddingtonNeighbourhood Plan consultation.
