It was noted that some clarification had been provided to the member since the agenda was published, to confirm that recommendations 1-8 were a renewal of the previous delegated authority, while point 9 was a new approval from the Cabinet Member. The Member also noted that while the play area in the report was not in the ‘tourist hot-spot’ of Bourton it would still be affected by tourism to the extent the entire village typically is.

The Member queried in what format and how many responses the recent public consultation had provided, to which officers explained that this was predominantly online with paper copies available locally, and that while officers had figures for responses this year they could not provide the results of previous consultations.
