Council approved the appointment of Councillor Naomi Bloomer to the Overview and Scrutiny Committee with immediate effect on 15 July 2026. Council approved a programme of dementia-friendly work-streams and endorsed continued partnership working on 15 July 2026. Council resolved to approve the Overview and Scrutiny Committee Annual Report 2025/26 on 15 July 2026. Council resolved to agree that every family should have access to safe, high-quality maternity care and to request the Leader meet with the Cabinet Member for Health at Gloucestershire County Council to discuss improvements to maternity provision on 15 July 2026. Council approved the publication of the Cotswold Local Plan 2026–2043 Regulation 19 document for consultation and submission to the Government for independent examination on 12 August 2026.
