line with legislation (Section 50 of The New Roads and Street Works
Act 1991) that permits the installation of apparatus in the highway
in line with the terms and conditions imposed by the Highway
Authority. This will revoke the previous licence (S50/2024/35)
dated 18 December 2024 due to a design change for the route of the
drainage pipes to be installed.
