The council was
awarded BLRF in October 2021 for Greenwood Avenue, Burnhope. The
longstop date for this project was March 2022. A variation of the
Grant Funding Agreement has been agreed on 17 December 2024 to
extend the date to 30 June 2025.
 
• Requested
extension of land release date, beyond agreed timescale of 31 March
2022 to 30 June 2025.
 
• Extension of
land release date through formal post-tolerance request. OPE One
Public Estate team have presented to MHCLG to come to new agreement
of new land release and housing development milestones.
