That the Council enter onto four private
landowner’s land (in the area shown edged in a black
rectangle on the plan at Appendix 2) to enable the following survey
and work to be carried out at Harelaw Bridge:
 

·     
River modelling

·     
Topographical

·     
Ecological assessment

·     
Ground investigation comprising four boreholes (in the locations
identified byway of yellow circles on the plan in Appendix 2) which
will be reinstated uponretrieval of the cores. 
 
and Legal Services are instructed to ensure
that the necessary legal formalities are
completed.
