That the Corporate Director of Resources
utilising the delegated powers afforded to him under Part 3, Table
1 Paragraph 4 (d), of the Council’s Constitution accepts the
grant award of £14,586,269 of UKSPF for 2025/26 for County
Durham from NECA and that the council signs the Grant Funding
Agreement with NECA for Durham County Council to act as Lead Local
Authority for the administration of UKSPF funding in County Durham
for the year 2025/26.
