...to align start dates and improve efficiency, the Head of Planning and Housing approved the recommendations to implement Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs) for the next three years regarding dog control, Durham City alcohol consumption, Durham City (begging, public urination/defecation, and psychoactive substances), and Low Force, High Force, Gibson's Cave and surrounding areas in Upper Teesdale, as well as to increase fines for PSPO offences and add play areas from Monkhesledon Parish Council to the schedule for prohibited areas in the Dog PSPO, while also revoking the existing Dog Control, Durham City (Begging, public urination and defecating and the use of psychoactive substances etc) and Low Force, High Force, Gibson's Cave and surrounding areas in Upper Teesdale PSPOs.
