That the Council enter onto two private
landowner’s land to enable the following work to be carried
out in relation to the replacement of Harperley Park Footbridge:
 

·     
Provision of access to Harperley Dean
(including parking of construction vehicles during work hours
only).

·     
Cutting back low-level vegetation within Harperley Dean for temporary access to install
footbridge and redefine path of Public Right of Way.

·     
Installation of replacement timber footbridge (including concrete
pads for abutments).

·     
Removal of a section of existing timber fence for access to
Harperley Dean.

·     
Provision of temporary heras fence
across removed section of existing timber fence to ensure area
remains stock proof.

·     
Reinstatement of timber fence following completion of works.
 
and Legal Services are instructed to ensure
that the necessary legal formalities are completed.
