Code of Practice and Highways Code of Practice in the Constitution
in respect of registrations of intentions to speak from noon two
days beforehand to one day before hand and; change references to Wards to Electoral
Divisions within the Constitution and; to change the name of the

Neighbourhoods and Environment.
