That the Council enter
onto a private landowner’s land to enable the following work
to be carried out in relation to the replacement of Hutton Henry
Footbridge:

Provision of access to Hutton Henry Footbridge (including parking
of construction vehicles during work hours only).
·
Cutting back low-level vegetation around Hutton Henry Footbridge
for temporary access to install footbridge.
·
Remove existing timber beams, removing steel rails and cutting out
concrete posts leaving the foundations. Then installation
replacement timber beams, concrete posts and steel rails.
·
Installing Soluform bag work under the
abutments and pointing the abutments as necessary.
and Legal Services are
instructed to ensure that the necessary legal formalities are
completed.
