To confirm the
non-immediate Article 4 Direction under Article 4 (1) of the Town
and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 to
remove permitted development rights contained in Class L(b) of Part
3 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted
Development) (England) Order 2015 in relation to changes of use
from Use Class C3 to Use Class C4 (as defined in the Town and
Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended) for the
whole of the county other than already covered by existing Article
4s in:
(a) Durham
City;
(b) Framwellgate Moor, Newton Hall and Pity Me; and
(c) Mount Oswald,
Carrville and Belmont.
