The Strategic Highways Manager agreed to the advertising and sealing of the Order on 15/07/2026. The decision approved the recommendation to exercise powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to effect a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order for burst water main repair works on Tyne Road, Stanley. This included arrangements for advertising Public Notices and sealing of an Order.
