Delegated decision as
per the constitution for the Corporate Director of Resources,
utilising the delegated powers afforded to him under part 3C, table
8, paragraph 3 of the Council’s Constitution to approve the
proposals to change the CDOS service delivery model, with the
suspension of dedicated compliance visits on efficiency and
effectiveness grounds. The changes proposed reverses arrangements
put in place during the post pandemic recovery phase and returns
the service to its pre-pandemic operating model.
