That the Corporate Director of Children and
Young People’s Services, as decision maker, approves the
proposals to conduct a review of Early Years Funding and agrees to
providing an inflationary based uplift to the current EY SEND
hourly rate from September 2023 until the implementation of the
banded funding system (1st January 2024).
