A Diversion and
Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order should be made
under the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990
s.257 and the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to divert Public
Footpath No.28 Wolsingham Parish to enable development in
accordance with planning permission, and subsequently either
confirmed or referred to the Secretary of State for
determination.
