That the Council enter
onto a private landowner’s land to enable the installation of
scaffolding to facilitate the demolition of Leazes Footbridge,
together with the subsequent reinstatement of a boundary wall
adjacent to the adopted highway, and Legal Services are instructed
to ensure that the necessary legal formalities are completed.
