To approve the allocation of the HSF6 grant
from DWP of £4,676,099.65 for the remainder of 2024/25 as
detailed in the Delegated Decision report.
 
To approve the allocation of £650,000 to
Point North (formerly County Durham Community Foundation) to
co-ordinate, allocate and award individual grants from the HSF6 to
appropriate third sector organisations, in line with the guidance
and conditions within the grant determination.  Individual bids will be assessed and awarded by
Point North.  They will
coordinate the monthly MI data on behalf of
Durham County Council and submit to the council the collated data
for the period.  All grants issued will
be monitoring by Point North and Durham County Council.
 
To approve the contingency fund and balance to
be agreed with Head of Service, Transactional and Customer
Services.
