Modification Order should be made under the provisions of the Highways
Act 1980
s.119 and
the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to divert Bridleway No.
31 (West Auckland Parish), and Footpaths 13 and 58, and Bridleway
14 (Etherley Parish) in the interests of the public, and
subsequently either confirmed or referred to the Secretary of State
for determination.
