The terms of reference for the Children and Young People Scrutiny Sub-Committee are as below:   1.     To undertake scrutiny of duties and functions of the Council as a local social services authority relating to children. 2.     To scrutinise all services pertaining to the education and well-being of children and young people including youth services. 3.     To scrutinise life-long learning.
