Delegate to the Director of Sustainable Communities, authority to consider and determine applications for the grant, renewal or transfer of a special treatments licence where any of the grounds for refusal listed at Regulation 8 (a) to (m) of Part II of the London Local Authorities Act 1991 apply and to revoke a licence under Regulation 9 (2)
Delegate to the Director of Sustainable Communities, authority to review and adopt revised/updated Standard Conditions for Places offering Special Treatments under Part II of the London Local Authorities Act 1991.
