Permission to
procure a Specialist Supported Living service for a Cumberland
customer ref: SL/02/24 via a mini competition under the Open
Framework for Supported Living for people with a learning
disability, Mental Health problem, Autism or physical/sensory
impairment (“the Framework”). The contract term will be
for a maximum of 2 years and will commence on 1st
February 2025. The estimated annual contract value is
£158,469. The maximum contract value over the full two-year
term is £332,783, accounting for contractual uplifts.
 
Delegate the award
of the contract for a new Supported Living service provider to the
Director of Adult Social Care & Housing following the mini
competition tender exercise.
