Purpose

1.1.Agreement to undertake a
procurement process for an All-Age Carers Support Service,
commencing on 1st October 2025, with a maximum term of 4 years, up
to a total value of £4.096m. This will be for an initial term
of two years with two optional 12-month
extensions.
 
1.2.Delegation of
the decision to award the All-Age Carers Support Contract for each
Lot to the successful provider(s) following the tender exercise to
the Director of Adult Social Care and Housing in consultation with
the Director of Children’s Services.
 
1.3.Agreement to the
division of the All-Age Carers Support Service into the following
Lots: Lot 1 Young Carers and Parent Carers; Lot 2 Adult Carers; Lot
3 Parent Carers (acknowledging that a single Provider can bid for
both Lots).
