For the reasons set out in this report, the
Director – Business Transformation and Change is recommended
to:
 
Authorise permission to procure and award a
contract for the provision of a corporate HR and Payroll System for
Cumberland Council, via a direct call off.
 
It is proposed to undertake a
direct call off via Crown Commercial Services CCS RM 6194 Back
Office Solutions Framework.
 
It is proposed that the
contract is awarded for a four-year term.
