Purpose

To grant permission to procure
a 5-year new term contract to supply rock salt for highway gritting
as part of the winter maintenance service for Cumberland Council.
The contract will be procured through the existing YPO framework
for Winter Maintenance. To delegate the award of the contract to
the Director of Place, Sustainable Growth and Transport.
