This paper seeks permission to procure
and award a contract for the continuation of the Microsoft
tenancy migration and email re-write tool, Quest, from Phoenix
Software Limited.
The contract will be awarded to Phoenix
Software Limited at a total contract value of £360,250.00 excluding VAT. The duration of the
contract is 14 months, from 1st June 2025.
The contract will be awarded via a direct call
off via KCS Y23065 SOFTWARE PRODUCTS AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES
