The report seeks approval to award 3 contracts
for the delivery of the Cumberland Carers Support Service to the
following Providers: Lot 1: Family Action, Lot 2: People First
Independent Advocacy and Lot 3: Mobilise Care Ltd. commencing on
1st October 2025 with a value of circa £4m.
