of a concrete skatepark at Hammond’s Pond, Carlisle, to
Canvas Spaces Ltd.

Reasons for the decision

Following open tendering of the contract
opportunity via The Chest portal, with scoring assessment of the
quality of submitted designs, supporting documents and prices,
Canvas Spaces Ltd were identified as suitable to be awarded the
contract to deliver this project.

Alternative options considered

Not to proceed with the award of the contract
at this stage, resulting in a delay to the overall Start With The
Park project outcomes.
