The Officer who has delegated authority under the
Scheme of Delegation has granted the attached
Licences/Leases/Agreements under an express authorisation delegated
to them and in accordance with the Council's policy
requirements.
 

Reasons for the decision

The Leases/Licences/Agreements were granted as
they fulfilled the necessary criteria and standard
Leases/Licence/Agreement terms apply
 

Alternative options considered

As no relevant representations (or comments as
appropriate) were received, no alternative options were
considered.
