Purpose

Permission to procure and award a new contract for Cumberland and Westmorland and Furness Council Mobile Voice and Data Solution and mobile device management solution for a period of three years.

Following a successful and compliant procurement process permission is sought to delegate authority for the award of the contract to the Chief Innovation and Commercial Officer, Cumberland Council, in consultation with the Director of Enabling Services, Westmorland and Furness Council, the Monitoring Officer and S151 Officer for both Cumberland Council and Westmorland and Furness Council and following consultation with the Portfolio Holder members from both authorities.
