The Assistant Director, Neighbourhoods
authorises the Chief Legal Officer to
 
make an order under Section 118 of the
Highways Act 1980 to extinguish that section of public footpath no
416036 in the parish of Millom Without as shown A-B on the attached
order plan and
 
make an order under Section 26 of the Highways
Act 1980 to create new sections of public footpath in the parish of
Millom Without as shown A-C-D and E-F-B on the attached order
plan.
 
and in the event no objections are made to the
orders, that the Chief Legal Officer be authorised to confirm the
orders.
