Planning Committee were minded
to grant the application subject to appropriate S106 agreement and
planning conditions.
Authority was delegated to the
Assistant Director of Thriving Place and Investement to negotiate
and enter into the S106 and to agree appropriate planning
conditions following the further inestigation and resolution of
issues relating to flood risk.
