Permission to award the discovery phase to
Ernst & Young LLP for the strategic partner to lead and support
Cumberland Council through an options appraisal for the customer
pre-front door, front door, and council applications as per the
delegated permission to award signed off via leaders’
delegations. The contract term is 20 December 2023 until 19 June
2024 with a value of £311,623. This is part of a wider piece
of work to the ringfenced value of £3m as per the details on
the leader’s delegation report.
