To issue one-off grant funding of
£19,857 to Cumbria Health on Call (CHOC) to continue the
local delivery of a Health Bank Project in 24/25, providing bespoke
in reach health services to improve access and care for residents
experiencing homelessness within the Councils two main emergency
accommodation schemes in Carlisle.
